Is it weird that the two I felt the most sympathy for in this were Seifer and Squall? Maybe it's because when you flip the stories around so that the sorceresses are the key players (which they are), the Knights always seem to be something like pawns (or at the very least reactionary forces).
Maybe it's just that I don't like the idea of people being compelled to do things. I'm not one for fatalism.
But that had VERY LITTLE to do with this chapter - which is awesome. I'm worried about what happens next. This story's like watching a train crash.
